I have been looking around for a new place to get my haircut for some time now and most of the places that I had gone to before Fratelli's were quite disappointing. I read good things online but when you get there they do not live up to the hype. The guys at Fratelli's DO. All the great reviews I read online about Fratelli's are 100% accurate and true. I got my haircut by Marco and I can honestly say that I can't remember ever being that satisfied and impressed after a haircut. One of the things that impressed me the most was what he said right before he started actually cutting my hair "Don't be offended if I don't talk too much while I am cutting your hair". This is a professional who really cares about his work and takes the proper time and attention to make sure his clients are 100% happy. This is when I knew I was in good hands and I was not disappointed. Marco took his time, he listened to me, and then made great suggestions to improve upon what I wanted. He was friendly and polite and all the other staff were too, they offered me coffee and were all smiles and thank yous. Great people and awesome atmosphere that definitely makes anyone who goes in want to come back. I will definitely be getting my haircuts with Marco at Fratelli's from now on.
